So if you're trying to figure out which server you're connected to in TCPView in Americas, it's probably one of those (except 34.117.122.6, ignore that one). The Americas game servers are hosted on Google Cloud in various data centers, and most of their IP addresses start with 34 or 35. I spent a little time creating a very rough network map of D2:R servers so I could be less confused about how to identify game server IPs instead of just "looking for the green thing in TCPView" (which admittedly does work well enough for non-technical people). The game will only open 1 connection to the game server. You can identify it by this IP, and the fact that it opens more than 1 connection on a bunch of ports. This is a Google Cloud server hosted in Kansas City.

On Windows Server 2008, Vista, and XP, TCPView also reports the name of the process that owns the endpoint. If you interact with the game you should see "Sent Packets" increase. TCPView is a Windows program that will show you detailed listings of all TCP and UDP endpoints on your system, including the local and remote addresses and state of TCP connections. The most recent row with a high number of "Sent Packets" is the game server you're connected to. Click "Create Time" column header until there's a downward arrow (sort descending)
